At Kingfisher we pride ourselves on our excellence. We offer nothing but the best and we will work with you to ensure that every aspect of the catering is carefully considered.

Our years of professional experience have taught us that through working with you to understand your needs, we can ensure that we provide exactly what you require for your special day – without compromise.

Because no two functions are alike, we will ensure that your wedding is tailor-made to your requirements. If you’re not sure what you want, we will happily discuss all options and if you are working to a fixed budget, you can rest assured that there will be no unpleasant, unexpected surprises and no hidden charges. As part of our quotation process, we will visit your venue with you to ascertain if additional equipment or resources are required and Ian and Pam look after all weddings personally, while only their dedicated team of professional waiting staff.

Our wedding menus are designed to give you choice in both style of food you would like to complement your event, as well as guidance on serving suggestions and fixed prices to help you budget and plan every aspect of your catering requirements.

Prices are charged ‘per head’, and the majority of general equipment required to serve and present your meal including management of the catering for your day, crockery and cutlery. We can assist with linen, for which we make a small charge, and we have a stock of wine, champagne and general glassware, which is also available for hire.

THE KINGFISHER CARVERY

Choose one of the meats from the following selections of Beef, Lamb, Pork or Turkey. For a small supplement it is also possible to have two or more “Carvery” joints to choose from! (Dependent on numbers and venue).

The Kingfisher “Carvery” provides a splendid alternative to our a la carte and “mix and match” style sections. Our special Sunday roast style menus are well worth considering if you are having a more informal event, require simple yet effective catering for large groups of people, or as an event around which you can create your own theme and keep the guests talking about your day!

To compliment your meal, why not also add your own hot and cold starter or dessert choices from our “mix and match” options.

The Carvery can also be complimented with one of our great and always successful “barbecue banquets” and if your event allows, it is possible to add a traditional spit roast. This provides a spectacle and is guaranteed to impress your friends and family.

Our prices allow for our “Carvery Chef ” who will be dressed in Chefs Whites and tall hat to carve your meats before your eyes…armed with very sharp knives!
