Dear Ian and Pam

May I take this opportunity to thank you both for helping make Rachael and Mark’s special day so successful. From the meticulous planning, to the calm assurance on the day, you inspired confidence that the event was going to be a success.

You also provided us with great vegetarian and fish options for a “non meat” occasion.

The food was really splendid as was the presentation. I particularly liked the touch of the waitresses standing around each table in turn and serving the whole table at once. It all added to the feel of a really special event.

A number of our guests commented on how well you had done and requested your cards (which fortunately you gave me).

So once again thank you both for your (successful) efforts and I will not hesitate to recommend you to others.
