All “Kingfisher” canapés are designed around
your own theme, to be savoured in one or two bites, they are
freshly prepared to the highest standard in our own purpose
built kitchen unit and ideal when you have any number of guests
to feed!
Menus can be “mixed & matched” to suit your
own requirements or designed to suit your individual tastes

These varied and interesting Hot Fork Buffets are available
as an alternative to evening finger food catering and can be
created around a themed buffet to form a main meal, which can
also be complimented with our mix and match Starters and Desserts
menus.
Kingfisher Caterers is renowned for its Cold Fork Buffets,
which are designed to give you the flexibility to create your
own menu selections and offer you greater choice of starters,
main courses and desserts. Dishes can be presented in a number
of ways, to suit both formal and informal occasions and we
take great care in presenting each in a way that is interesting,
colourful and which, of course, tastes fantastic.
Many of our menus are provided with a small quantity of vegetable
and potato options as part of our plate presentation, we are
however happy to discuss alternative styles and additional
accompaniments from the enclosed list, which can be presented
as part of the meal, served to the table or offered for guest
to help themselves.
We take great pride in presenting each Fixed Price Buffet
platter with it's own decorative garnish and all foods are
prepared freshly on the day in our own purpose built kitchens.
