Choose any TWO of the following meats:

  • Topside of beef brushed with grain mustard
    & pink peppercorns.
  • Breast of turkey with thyme and rosemary..
  • Loin of pork with sea salt & cracked pepper.
  • Gammon ham glazed with honey & cinnamon.
  • Leg of lamb marinated in orange zest, garlic & red chilli.

Then choose any TWO potato dishes:

  • Roasted.
  • Mashed.
  • Steamed new.
  • Baby New.
  • Lyonnaise.
  • Sweet potato mash.
  • Fondant.
  • Dauphinoise.
  • Cheddar & mustard mash.
  • Hongroise (tomato, onion & paprika).
  • Crushed baby potatoes with sage butter.
