BBQ’s Pig and Lamb Roasts, Moroccan Themed Buffets
Our Alfresco menus are a must for any outside event, bringing
you the very best in informal dining, whilst retaining a
relaxed and informal party atmosphere that blends well with
the formality of your day. Our selections offer both traditional
and modern fare as well as more unusual combinations of contemporary
aromas and tastes with our themed buffets and specialist
Moroccan cuisine.
Alfresco dining creates a symphony of colours, smells and
sounds that will delight you’re guests, adding to the
success of your celebrations and leaving you with an experience
to truly remember!
Moroccan themed buffets
We are also able to provide traditional Bedouin tents, lamps
and of course our very own Moroccan Chef armed with sharp
knifes!
Menus can be adapted to suit individual needs, however we
normally undertake events for a minimum of 40 persons for
this style of event (subject to availability) and while such
catering can be weather dependent, we would normally provide
these services from May to September. Hog & Lamb Roasts
are also dependent on facilities and times of year, however
BBQ buffets are available all year round (subject to onsite
facilites).

Menus start from 11.95 per head (based on 80 persons)

BBQ Menus
Dependent on your guest numbers and your overall catering
requirements, we would normally recommend a choice of 3 or
4 main course dishes from the selections shown, with 1 side
dish a potato choice and usually 3 or 4 salads from our “Salad
Bar” selection. All Breads & condiments are provided
as appropriate and are included within your price per head.

MEAT
- Cajun rib eye steak with pink peppercorn butter
- Pork, apple and pistachio burger
- Caribbean style chicken legs
- Balsamic pork chops with apple and sage chutney
- Selection specialist sausages;
Cumberland, Pork and leek,
Lincolnshire, Toulouse, Lamb and Mint,
Beef and Guinness,
Wild boar, Vegetarian
- Greek style feta and lamb burger with cucumber and red
onion relish
- Spicy lamb kebabs
- Marinated chicken skewers
- Lemon Chicken Kebabs
We are also able to provide Traditional 100% beef burgers
and Butchers Pork sausages to any of our menus and can also
provide children’s menus and portions as appropriate
FISH
- Honey and soy glazed salmon
- Swordfish steak with charmoula and mango salsa
- Salmon fillet with tequila and lime butter
- King prawn skewers
- Monkfish, tuna and king prawn kebabs
- Lime and tarragon marinated sea bass fillet with fennel

- Marinated vegetable and haloumi kebabs

BBQ Chef/s, quality disposable cutlery and paper plates
(crockery and cutlery can be provided for a small surcharge
of £1.95 per head, which includes our return dirty
